Our high-solids primer is engineered to sink deep into the open pores of your concrete. It doesn't just sit on top of the slab; it cures into it, locking out moisture vapor and forming an unbreakable bond that acts as the anchor for the entire system.
We broadcast a dense, heavy layer of premium decorative vinyl chips into the wet base coat until it is entirely saturated. This full broadcast does more than look beautiful—it significantly increases the structural thickness of the floor, adds texture for reliable slip resistance, and protects the base layer from impact.
The entire system is sealed with an incredibly tough, clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat. This layer acts as a sacrificial shield against the elements. It is 100% UV-stable—meaning it will never yellow under direct sunlight—and is totally impervious to hot tires, road salt, gasoline, brake fluid, and battery acid.
Our process begins with intensive diamond grinding to open up the concrete pores for maximum adhesion. We run heavy-duty, commercial planetary grinding machines tipped with industrial diamonds across your entire floor. This aggressive mechanical process removes the smooth, weak top layer of concrete, grinds away old stains and glues, and leaves a rough profile resembling medium-grit sandpaper. This profile is the only way to ensure the base coat can bite into the concrete slab forever.
